Mr. Devaraj has 30 years of experience in development sector and is the founder of ASA, GV and GVMFL. He completed his Post Graduation from Madras University and Post Diploma in Social Development from Coady International Institute, Canada in 1985. In 1986 he was awarded a UNDP fellowship. He has been the Director of CASHPOR, ASMITHA and the Executive Secretary of Indian Network of Micro Finance (INDNET).
