Mr. Devaraj, who has 30 years of experience in the development sector and he is the founder of GVMFL,GVT and ASA. Mr. Devaraj completed a Diploma in Social Development (DSD) with a specialization in credit, savings and rural cooperatives from Coady International Institute (Canada) in 1985. In 1986, he was awarded a UNDP fellowship and travelled extensively across India, visiting and studying voluntary organizations. He has been the Director of CASHPOR and Asmitha Microfin Limited, two large and well-known Indian MFIs, headquartered in Varanasi and Hyderabad, respectively. He has also served as the Chairperson of New Entity for Social Action (NESA), a regional level network of voluntary organizations, and as the Executive Secretary of Indian Network of Micro Finance (INDNET) and Microcredit Network in Tamil Nadu (MICNET). |

Ms.Shirley currently Director and Chief Financial Officer of GV and Prior she marked her presence in the success of GV history as chief operating officer which she directed all credit-related activities including expansion, new product development and operating procedures. Under her leadership, the organization has expanded from 8 to 21 districts with key focus on urban branches, tripled the membership and quadrupled the loan portfolio. She championed the introduction of the individual loan product and the divisional and regional structures for strengthening operational monitoring and reporting. Earlier, she worked in GE Capital for US equipment finance. She is an MBA in Finance (gold medalist) from Bharathidasan Institute of Management and has a Bachelors degree in computer engineering |

Mr. Brookfield is Managing Director of Elevar Equity and has been managing the Unitus Equity Fund, which began in 2006. His most recent position as a conventional venture capitalist was as Managing Director with Northwest Venture Associates. Mr. Brookfield has served as a Director or observer on the Boards of several companies, including SinglePoint, NetMotion Wireless, Sightward, AdRelevance, Action Engine and IP Fabrics. Mr. Brookfield graduated with honors in geology from Williams College. He is the UEF nominee on the Board of GV.

Ms. Totah, through McCabe & Totah, is providing accounting, tax and other financial services to high net worth families and individuals. Prior to starting the firm in 1992, Ms. Totah was a tax manager at Ernst & Young where she worked with a range of clients including individuals with complex financial situations. She has a Masters degree in taxation from San Jose State University and a Bachelors degree in accounting from Santa Clara University. Ms. Totah is the representative of Mr. Vinod Khosla on the Board of GV. |

Mr. Gopalan is responsible for Cypress’ global market strategy, new business initiatives, in-house venture fund, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy and platform marketing initiatives. Mr. Gopalan joined Cypress as Managing Director of the Automotive and Imaging Business Units Subsidiary. Prior to that, Mr. Gopalan was the VP for sales, marketing and business development at Bloom Energy, an alternative energy company. He completed his Bachelors in metallurgical engineering from IIT (BHU), Masters in material science and engineering from Arizona State University and MBA from Stanford University. |

Dilip has over 25 years of general management experience in Retail, Distribution and IT services domains. He has been the Executive VP at Reliance Retail responsible for marketing and operations of the Wholesale and Distribution formats. In over a decade previously with RPG group Dilip held various CXO level positions at group companies like Spencer & Co, Saregama etc. He was part of the founding team at Spencer & Co that spear headed setting up the first organized retail formats in India vis Foodworld, Music World and Health & Glow. He has also been an entrepreneur for over seven years as promoter Director of the network infrastructure company Network Solutions Ltd, which was successfully divested to IBM. He has also worked with computer major ICIM in various marketing roles both in India and Europe. Dilip has strategic understanding of consumer & retail business and the application of technology in business. He is currently an independent investor and strategic advisor to various companies. Dr.T.Rajasekar, 49, consultant to ASA-GV since 2006, has spent 24 years teaching Commerce and Management in Thiagarajar College and Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai since 1986. His subjects are Investment and Portfolio Management, Merchant Banking and Financial Services and International Financial Management for Post Graduate Commerce and Management students. He guides research projects on ‘Capital Markets’, ‘SHGs and Women Empowerment’, and ‘SHGs and Financial Inclusion in India’ and done research projects for leading Companies like TVS Srichakra Ltd. and Hitech Arai Ltd., Madurai. He is a member of Board of Studies for colleges like Fatima College, Madurai and S.V.N. College, Madurai and also a member of the Academic Council of the Madurai Kamaraj University during 2004-2007. He obtained a M.Com., degree (First Rank in College) from Madurai Kamaraj University, MBA (Finance) from Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai and Ph.D., from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai.
