Mr. Arjun Muralidharan
Chief Executive Officer

Arjun is reponsible for leading the Microfinance program of GV.  His prior experience was in GE Capital, in the Analytics division.  He is a SIX SIGMA quality Green Belt Certified professional.  He completed his Bachelor of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, and a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. D. Shirley
Chief Operating Officer

Shirley currently heads the operations of Grama Vidiyal and is responsible for expansion, new product development and branch operations.  Prior to joining Grama Vidiyal, she worked in GE Capital for U.S. Equipment Finance.  She is a Gold Medallist in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM) and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.

Mr. R. Ramesh
Chief Information Officer

Ramesh, is responsible for IT, Process and Business excellence. He comes with 26 years of banking experience in one of India's largest multi-national bank, Indian Overseas Bank. He was a Sr. Manager leading a part of the IT team enabling IOB in Branch banking, Core banking, ATMs and other key initiatives. Ramesh is a certified associate of IIB, a Cost Accountant and has a Masters in commerce.
