Mr.Pattabiraman is currently joined as the president of GV and responsible for leading the  entire organization .Previously he worked as president of shriram group of companies and has  Vast experience in Domestic and International Banking including BNP Paribas Singapore, Indian Overseas Bank in India & Hong Kong, and served in leading Japan &USA based MNCs  He holds a  Post graduate Degree in commerce(M.Com.,) , Associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India & Indian institute of bankers apart from  NCFM (derivatives) from NSE India.

Mr. Arjun Muralidharan
Senior Vice President & Chief Strategic Officer

Mr. Arjun Muralidharan is responsible for overall strategy development for GV and leads functions such as fund raising, IT systems & Internal Audit. Previously he was the chief executive officer of GV. During his leadership, the organization obtained the NBFC license from the RBI and also its first and second round of equity funding. Before joining GV, his experience was in GE Capital in strategy building, implementation, financial analysis and modeling. He is a SIX SIGMA quality Green Belt Certified professional from GE. Arjun holds a Bachelors degree in chemical engineering from IIT-Madras and a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. D. Shirley
Director,Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ms.Shirley currently Director and Chief Financial Officer of GV and Prior she marked her presence in the success of GV history as chief operating officer which she directed all credit-related activities including expansion, new product development and operating procedures. Under her leadership, the organization has expanded many districts with key focus on urban branches, tripled the membership and quadrupled the loan portfolio. She championed the introduction of the individual loan product and the divisional and regional structures for strengthening operational monitoring and reporting. Earlier, she worked in GE Capital for US equipment finance. She is an MBA in Finance (gold medalist) from Bharathidasan Institute of Management and has a Bachelors degree in computer engineering.
